Telemarketer


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Work from a script and a list of contacts to promote products or services by telephone.
  • Obtaining names and telephone numbers of potential clients from various sources and maintaining a database
  • Create interest in our services.
  • Arrange appointments with Account Managers.
  • Record changes to contact details on a database and note follow-up action.
  • Maintain statistics of calls made and successes achieved.
  • Submit periodic reports on telemarketing activities and results.


Qualifications


Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or call center required.  Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to acquire clients through telemarketing and cold calling. Prefer someone with Business 2 Business experience. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
